Mission
The mission of the Staff Development Unit of ASU-EP is to provide professional development that is practical, purposeful and profitable in order to enhance the delivery of services through the ASU-EP staff to limited resource audiences.
Vision
It is the vision of the Staff Development Unit of ASU-EP is to provide exemplary professional development opportunities that include strong and relevant content and ensures that staff meets essential performance goals and effective processes to support the ASU-EP Plan of Work.
Goals
1. Promote continuous staff learning, enhancing intellectual and
leadership capacity
